Our assignment was to publicize information about Victory Resources Corp. on the victoryresources.proactiveamplify.com website and on various media outlets. For our services, we were paid $93,500. The Officers and Directors of Proactive hold shares in Victory Resources Corporation.
Although our compensation is not tied to the completion of any financing or sale of any securities, we may stand to benefit from any volume our assignment may generate.
